**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the Swee Lee Creators program, ensuring the program’s success and growth in line with the company’s objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and musicians across South East Asia.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of content and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Foster a sense of community and engagement among creators, influencers, and musicians.
- Plan and execute events and workshops to support the development of creators and influencers in the region.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging artists, and popular platforms to ensure the content remains fresh and relevant.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, PR, and product management, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
**Requirements**:
- A passion for music is a must
- Minimum 3 years of experience in community and artist or influencer relationship management
- Background in brand, retail or B2C agency
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Media & Communications, Marketing Comms, or similar field is a plus
- Willingness to work occasionally outside of regular office hours, weekends, and public holidays to accommodate global campaign timelines

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
