**Requirements**:

- Know SOLID ways to implement clean architecture, writing readable code that is testable.
- Define engineering best practices for the team and positively impact the team on design techniques and technology.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure merged code adheres to best practices and internal code quality standards.
- Maintain and enhance the app's security and performance.
- Supervising other mobile developers, looking at areas of weakness, and providing guidance where needed.
- Setting technical direction: designing and reviewing new mobile architecture proposals.
- Lead and influence mobile teams to execute with high quality and adopt best practices.
- Actively collaborate with different teams on innovative solutions, requirements, scope, and project deliverables.
- Help provide engineering perspective in high-level discussions and decisions making that could span both technical and non-technical areas.
- Experience with building iOS apps that delight users.
- Thinking from the customer's perspective and putting them at the heart of everything you do.
- A passion for product quality and user experience, and attention to detail.
- Knowledgeable about product engineering.
- Great communication skills and the ability to articulate complex, technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Title and salary will be commensurate with your working experience.
