**JOB DESCRIPTION - Full-Stack Developer**

**About the Role**:
This role requires a deep understanding of modern web development, strong coding practices, and a passion for building intuitive digital products that drive business value. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers in a fast-paced, Agile environment to ensure the deliverables for our various clientele projects are being met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gathering users’ requirements,
- Quantifying and analysing them, designing software using “Design Patterns”,
- Programming using techniques and practices like “Test-Drive Development,” “Pair Programming,” and “Secure Coding”.
- Design, implement, and maintain database systems. Ensure data integrity, security, and efficient access.
- Develop and maintain APIs for web services. Ensure seamless integration with frontend components and external systems.
- Write clean, manageable, and secure code.
- Implement data protection and security measures.
- Address and resolve complex technical issues related to backend development.
- Implement robust testing frameworks and procedures to ensure the reliability and stability of backend systems

**Requirements**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
- At least 4 years of experience as a Software Developer in both frontend and backend software development work.
- Possess technical proficiency in React, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, MinIO, Redis, and Kafka.
- Experience working with the following tech-stack (React + Python/Node)
