Full Stack Developer
for a Financial Services Client based in Singapore.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our core engineering team, contributing to the design and delivery of a high-performance, secure, and scalable platform. This position offers substantial ownership, technical autonomy, and the opportunity to influence engineering practices across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop distributed systems and resilient APIs using Java, focusing on microservices with Spring Boot
Integrate and optimize orchestration tools like Kubernetes
Contribute across the full software development lifecycle: architecture, implementation, deployment, and monitoring
Ensure robust test coverage across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers
Build and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines and scalable engineering workflows
Drive continuous improvement through automation and best practices
Collaborate with product, operations, and business teams to solve complex challenges
Job Requirements:
We're looking for a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer with a strong engineering mindset and technical depth. Ideal candidates will have:
7+ years of software engineering experience
Java
Spring Boot
Front-end experience with:

Flutter
or similar frameworks
Experience designing distributed systems and working with:
REST/OpenAPI
Proficiency in:
MSSQL
Familiarity with:
Docker
Experience with inter-service messaging systems like Kafka or MQ
Strong focus on code quality, Testing, and observability
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools:
Jenkins
JFrog
SonarQube
A proactive, process-oriented approach to development
Ability to work within regulated environments
Interest in applying AI tools to enhance engineering outcomes is a big plus
