**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and monitor daily business operations to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Evaluate business procedures regularly and implement necessary improvements.
- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets for profitability.
- Analyze data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, recruiting, training, and coaching employees.
- Handle conflicts or complaints from customers and employees promptly.
- Generate reports and present information to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure successful implementation of business strategy, services, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project closure to distil best practices and ensure lessons learned are logged.
- Provide project planning, milestone management, scope management, and resource forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal rules.
- Undertake any other operational duties as assigned by management.

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the process sector or instrumentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in leading a team is a must.
