**About the Team**
Our partner's education team is dedicated to driving new and innovative pedagogies, creating an educational environment that helps students discover their interests and develop skills for the future. This includes the development of AI-enabled learning products and tutoring services.

We are looking for passionate and innovative educators to join our team.

**In this role, you will**:

- Develop, plan, and continually refine engaging STEM, English Language, or Humanities curriculum that aligns with our unique educational philosophy.
- Design lessons that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative learning, empowering students to become effective team players.
- Provide insightful assessments and feedback to ensure student progress and achievement.
- Cultivate a nurturing learning environment that empowers students to discover their passions and interests.
- Actively participate in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest educational trends and best practices.

**To be successful, you will possess**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with middle and/or high school students.
- Proven experience as a principal or successful middle/high school teacher, demonstrating a deep understanding of this age group.
- A student-centered educational philosophy that prioritizes cultivating curiosity and a love of learning over rote memorization.
- A contagious passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive and innovative learning environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
