Clear-state aims to further augment its dynamic team by seeking high calibre and talented business consultants keen to grow their career in healthcare business advisory.

We're looking to hire an Analyst and Senior Analyst for our Singapore office to help with project execution for single or multi country project engagement and client management support.

Accountabilities:
**How you will contribute**:

- Project execution: You will be member of a project team executing either single or multi-country project engagement in the healthcare industry in the areas of market opportunity assessment, go-to-market strategy, customer insights, channel optimization strategy and competitive benchmarking.
- Client management support: You will support the project manager in client managementduring the course of the project engagement, including communicating project updates, pre-senting key milestones, pre-empting project issues, managing different client stakeholders,etc.
- Mentoring (Senior Analyst only): You will be responsible for the mentoring and guidance ofanalysts, ensuring that they meet their performance goals and successfully grow their ca-reers at Clearstate.

Experience, skills and professional attributes:
**The ideal skills for this role are**:

- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare business consulting
- Fresh graduates with good academic grades and keen interests in healthcare business consulting may be also be considered
- Proven track record in project execution, preferably in the healthcare sector or in business consulting
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from top tier universities, preferably Science major, with an MBA
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English, good command of business Mandarin is a plus
- Enjoy intellectual challenges
- Highly analytical, organized and meticulous
- Versatile and able to think inside and outside of the box
- Able to work in a fast pace team structure
- Willing to travel
