**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships that align with business goals and enhance product/service offerings for executive education. Acquisition of new accounts.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and clients to secure favourable terms and conditions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development initiatives.

**PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Degree holder with at least 6-10 years or more of experience in related roles.
- Experience in programme design, delivery, client relationship management, sales & marketing, and operational execution.
- Must possess the ability to embrace ambiguity; be self-motivated, independent and able to perform tasks with minimum supervision; have a positive can-do attitude and be a team player.
- Must be an excellent communicator with a very high degree of proficiency in English.
- An enquiring mind; the incumbent should be an out-of-the-box thinker who is not afraid to challenge conventional wisdom to create new knowledge which is relevant in today’s fast-evolving marketplace.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with line as well as senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a flat organization with mínimal hierarchy, the incumbent must be passionate about the non-profit sector, and be a self-starter and doer.
