**Purpose**:
**Accountabilities**:
Document, create, and modify server configurations that are highly available and scalable for Middleware (WebSphere, Apache, TomEE, Tomcat, Kafka, WSO2 API Manager and Micro Integrator, etc).

Administer & modify existing middleware configuration to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance.

Monitoring and ensure the proper operation of the middleware products.

Implement patches, updates, and fixes for middleware as necessary following established Change Management processes.

Provide support for middleware issues.

Act as technical liaison between operations and development teams on projects and support

Work with development vendors and internal staff to achieve objectives.

**Profile**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Sciences or other relevant fields

Languages: Strong command in both written and spoken English

**Experience**:
Experience in some of the following products will be advantage (WebSphere, Apache, TomEE, Tomcat, Kafka, WSO2 API Manager and Micro Integrator, etc).

**Business Skills**:
Fluent in English

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Ability to take pressure and work under tight schedule.

Organized, analytical and displays a keen understanding of the business priorities and objectives.

Team motivator, self-starter, logical and deadline oriented
