**PURPOSE**
Assists with the technology planning and design choices within solutions used to meet the business requirements of SITA customers.
**What will you do**
- Manage the entire estate of **_CEC(Customer Experience Center)_** as the place for innovation and showcase of SITA’s products and services
- Ensure that solutions in CEC is always up-to-date, perform system installation/maintenance and do small scale project as and when we need deploy new solution
- Participate in key industry events, conferences, and forums to represent SITA by setting-up booth or system demo corner and presenting SITA’s solution to visitors
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan for product workshop, user forum, customer visit or any other matters related to CEC
Qualifications:
**EXPERIENCE**
- 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology or Telecom Industry
- Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Computer Technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
