**We are looking for a **Specialist to join our Supply Chain Compliance APAC team in Singapore.**

**Your part in Neste’s journey**

**We have a team of over 20 experts working in Supply Chain Compliance. Our team is responsible for the smooth end-to-end operations of Neste's supply chain concerning traceability, GHG criteria and other sustainability information to customers, regulatory authorities and internal functions globally. Our role includes interpreting sustainability compliance requirements and implementing them across Neste’s value chain. Our team is responsible for Neste's sustainability compliance certifications and verification scheme audits as well. As a part of Neste’s growth strategy our sub-team covering the APAC region is growing.**

**In your role, you will**
- **Cover and develop the APAC Supply Chain Compliance function**
- **Manage sustainability bio-criteria and feedstock requirement of our renewable products through our supply chain**
- **Ensure end market compliance requirements are met throughout Neste’s value chain**
- **Provide customers and regulatory authorities with prompt and timely reports on sustainability related information of our renewable products**
- **Engage and cooperate with suppliers and customers on biofuel market compliance matters**
- **Collaborate and interact with key internal stakeholders such as Supply, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Public Relations and Sustainability to ensure that end-to-end supply chain compliance is met**
- **Prepare for and carry out supplier and internal audits and participate in 3rd party audits where necessary**
- **Maintain and develop supplier compliance related tools and documentation**

**In your daily tasks, you will also work with our in-house ERP systems managing sustainability information that support suppliers and customers on biofuel market compliance related matters, participate in various internal projects and occasionally visit our suppliers or other Neste sites and participate in sustainability verification audits within the APAC region.**

**Keys to success in this role**

**The best combination of experience, skills and background is**
- **Approximately 3-5 years of working experience from the private sector, preferably from the biofuels industry**
- **Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a matrix team setting**
- **Good understanding of processes and IT systems such as SAP, AVEVA, Google Suite and in-house information management tools**
- **Capability to handle pressure and make decisions independently while working collaboratively with internal stakeholders**
- **Excellent spoken and written command of English and knowledge of other Asian languages such as Bahasa Indonesia and Chinese is seen as a merit**
- **Eye for detail with the ability to see the big picture at the same time**

**We also value**
- **Strong knowledge of biofuel legislation such as EU RED and EPA RFS**
- **Understanding or experience of conducting relevant biofuel verification or certification audits such as ISCC and RSPO**
- **Ability to conceptualise information and communicate it clearly to relevant stakeholders**
- **Experience of developing tools and systems for information management**
- **Agility and ability to think analytically and critically to come up with quick turnaround solutions**
