Vp, Global Supply Chain

**Main Responsibilities：**
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize global supply resource and efficience, and improve overall performance of Quality, Cost and Delivery.
- Centralized purchasing on key material and equipment to take advantage of HQ level leverage on suppliers in order to get best price, service and delivery.
- Strengthen the co-development and cooperation on new material and equipment with leading suppliers to empower the technological innovation of company in the long run.
- Analyze market trends, demand forecasts, and supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with BU, factories and other function departments including finance and sales to align supply chain strategies with overall company business objectives.
- Lead and develop a high-performance supply chain team, providing guidance, coaching and support to ensure achieve department KPI and career growth.
**Qualifications**:
- Master's or above degree in electronics, physics, chemistry, material or similar Science and Engineering majors.
- Proven track record of leadership and sucess in supply chain management, with at least 20 years of working experice in OSAT industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization, with at least 5 years working experience of global role in multinational company.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future trends and proactively adapt supply chain strategies to meeting evolving business needs.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with top management from leading suppliers of material and equipment in Semiconductor, especially in IC packaging industry.
- Leadership qualities, including ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a culture of continous improvement, and drive results in a fast-paced enviroment.
