**Position Overview**:

Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the data analytics team, guiding the development and execution of data-driven strategies.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand business objectives, develop analytics roadmaps, and deliver insights that drive informed decision-making.

Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Technical Expertise: Leverage advanced analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets, contributing to the development of data-driven solutions.

Solution Development: Lead the design and implementation of data analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.

Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging trends in data analytics, driving innovation and recommending advancements in tools, methodologies, and processes.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role in data analytics, preferably within a consulting environment.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in advanced analytics techniques and tools.

Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing data analytics teams.

Client-Focused: Ability to understand client needs, articulate data-driven solutions, and build strong client relationships.

Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
