**About the Position**
SRS is currently seeking a highly motivated, and collaborative individual to join the leading security agency in the region delivering professional and integrated security solutions through a knowledge-driven team. The 'HR & Admin Assistant' will provide administrative support to HR Processes and coordination with the respective HR functions to ensure smooth running of the operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain employee data including but not limited to; new hire profile creation in HR system, employee personnel file
- Preparation of HR related letters e.g., Letter of Employment (LOE), Addendums, Warning Letters
- Assist with HR administration for events
- Documenting Case Attendance Notes (CAN) during staff interview, staff disciplinary process and dispensing of warning letters
- Prepare HR Circulars that are in line with the IR Act and MOM regulations
- Keeping abreast with MOM guidelines
- Liaise with Payroll and Finance Departments for day-to-day operations
**Job Requirements**
- Highly motivated and positive attitude
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- To be able to collaborate and work in teams and work under pressure
- To be adaptable and open to new ideas
- Critical thinking to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Conversant with the use of Ministry portals such as MOM (WPOL, EPOL), PLRD, MSF and etc
