**5. **To consistently offer professional, **friendly **and proactive guest services and **upsales **while supporting fellow colleagues.

**6. **Work Closely with the Head Chef to determine the **quality **of every ramen bowl / dish served.

**8. **To **cautiously learn **and **perform **interesting **FIRE-Flaming **with customers.

**9. **Openess to / having **new creativity **ideas to share new ideas with Franchise to **grow together **.
