**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the planning and implementation of Dynamics 365 projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Oversee the deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions ensuring all technical requirements are met.
- Provide expertise in data migration processes to ensure seamless transition of data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
- Manage the configuration of Dynamics 365 to meet the specific needs of the business.
- Administer Dynamics 365 environments ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date.
- Facilitate project meetings and workshops to drive project activities and decisions.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies.

**Qualifications**
- Must have extensive experience in Dynamics 365 deployment data migration configuration and administration.
- Should have strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Must possess interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Should have experience working in a hybrid work model.

**Certifications Required**

PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.
