Technical Project Manager (Dynamics 365 CE)

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager with strong experience in managing enterprise-level C#/.NET applications and CRM platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, capable of bridging business and technical teams, while driving project delivery and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects, focusing on C#/.NET applications and CRM solutions.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and translate needs into technical solutions.
  • Oversee solution design, development, and deployment activities with internal developers and/or vendors.
  • Ensure CRM/C# Applications customizations, integrations, and workflows meet business needs.
  • Track project milestones, budgets, timelines, and risks; provide timely updates to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, infrastructure, and support teams.
  • Lead UAT planning, issue resolution, and change management processes.
  • Manage technical documentation and ensure system compliance with organizational standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or relevant
  • More than 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years of proven experience in project management for C#/.NET applications.
  • 2-5 years of knowledge in handling CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong experience managing technical teams and external vendors.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Background in software development or technical business analysis.
