**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Installation**: Set up and configure telecommunications equipment, including mobile devices, routers, modems, and other network hardware.
- **Maintenance & Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with telecommunications systems, ensuring mínimal downtime.
- **Customer Support**: Assist retail staff and customers with technical inquiries and provide training on device or system functionality as needed.
- **Upgrades & Repairs**: Perform software updates, hardware replacements, and general maintenance to optimize system performance.
- **Network Optimization**: Ensure efficient operation of network connections, including Wi-Fi and LTE/5G, within the retail environment.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies and industry regulations regarding telecommunications and data security.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Education**: Prefer if have Diploma or degree in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in telecommunications or IT support roles (3-5 years preferred).
- **Technical Skills**:Strong understanding of mobile device operations, network configurations, and telecommunications systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing hardware/software issues.
- **Soft Skills**:Excellent communication skills for customer and team interactions.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- **Other Requirements**:Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to support retail operations.
Physical ability to lift and install equipment if needed.
