Job Description

**Responsibilities**:
Learning & Development:

- Works collaboratively with L&D Manager in identifying training needs to establish and maintain annual Total Training Plan based on Performance Appraisal exercise, as well as consultation with management and line managers
- Assist in coordinating all L&D initiatives and organizational programmes, including serving as point of contact for external vendors, updating and maintaining schedules in addition to any other requirements for supporting a learning event
- Arrange in-house/external training courses and coordinate arrangements for internal/external courses and seminars

Course administration:

- Single point administrative contact, coordinator and program IC for in-house trainings and/or external courses which includes:

- Registration, enrollment and tracking of in-house and external training, including mandatory e-learning courses
- Prepare course confirmation and remind employees on course dates and attendance when require
- Responsible of training payment matters
- Handle queries or requests for learning assistance from functions / departments

LMS:

- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and databases by:

- Assignment of learning modules, creation of course titles, classes, dashboard for reporting completion of learning modules, providing end-user support
- Maintain and update training records, reports and documents preparation where necessary for regulatory or compliance submissions.
- Source and secure course enrolment/registration with training providers and Fugro Academy as per employee’s preferred schedule.
- Follow up with completion employees on submission of post course evaluation, certificates, and learning transfer after the training.

Onboarding:

- Ensure smooth onboarding administration process is effectively planned & carried out, so as to provide a good onboarding experience for new hires

Organizational Development programmes:

- Conduct and facilitate HR related initiatives, trainings and briefings
- Drive employee events and engagement initiatives tailored to the organisation’s culture and needs
- Any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned
- Assist in HR/Administrative duties of the company

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related discipline
- Minimum 2 or 3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development
- Strong interpersonal, good communications and writing skills, with the ability to relate to all levels of employees
- Strong presentation skills
- Effective Communication with both internal and external for HR related matters
- Able to prioritize and work independently in a fast-pace environment, under mínimal supervision
