**Your Job**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing STAT reports, government reporting, and tax operations for our organization. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with governmental regulations, and efficient tax operations.

**Our Team**

Our team focuses on international accounting & tax operation, and we are supporting over 50 entities across Asian countries.

**What You Will Do
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports required for STAT (Statutory Accounting Principles) reporting, adhering to industry guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or irregularities and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Prepare, review, and submit government reports, including but not limited to regulatory filings, tax returns, and other compliance-related documents.
- Stay up to date with current tax regulations, laws, and reporting requirements to ensure compliance and minimize tax liabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and tax departments, to gather necessary data and ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting procedures and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct periodic audits and reviews to identify potential risks and recommend improvements to mitigate those risks.
- Provide guidance and support to junior accountants, ensuring adherence to accounting principles and best practices.
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as necessary.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role, with a focus on STAT reports, government reporting, and tax operations.
- Proficiency in financial reporting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- It is crucial to possess a strong focus on maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in your job duties.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing regulatory and industry requirements.
