**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supplies hook-up technical expertise for the project.
- Supports and cordon the offshore execution phase, considering assistance during the preparatory engineering phase as well.
- Participates in the recruitment of hook-up staff as per project requirement and aCuvity workload
- Prepares hook-up procedures, work sequences, man-hours estimate, planning development. MOB/DEMOB plans of project.
- Defines and follow Mobilization / Demobilization plan of personnel ,Materials, Equipment's required for project.
- Defines Procurement plan for project reiative to equipment, materials, consumables, subcontractors needs.
- Follow-up procurement, utilization, maintenance, storage of the hook up couipment and tools during project execution.
- Follows hook-up consumables on the project.
- Performs Hook-up site visits as required
- Interfaces - Coordination with Engineering Department: Constructability review, Review of book up procedures, man power planning, schedule planning preparation, hook up staff recruitment and mobilization.
- Coordinates with HR Department: staff and manpower recruitment, mobilization.
- Coordinates with Client on the offshore vessel operations
- With Offshore HUC Contractor on: procurement of equipment, tools and consumables, assistance to sub-contracting.
- Externally Coordination with Client regarding the scope of work, planning, procedures and overall organization for project
- Externally Coordination with suppliers or subcontractors when required as per project and Operations requirements

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Naval Architecture / Civil / Marine and Offshore / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
