DESIGNATION : Care Associate (CREST)

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Care Associate will provide daily administrative and operational support to the team, for the purpose of CREST service development and implementation. You will organise the logistics and/or resources to ensure the smooth running of CREST services, and may also be involved in coordinating outreach events and activities, where required.

**Administration and Staff Development**
- Provide administrative or logístical support to the team in running client-related support and/or other CREST activities.
- Assist in coordinating and planning outreach and engagement events with other community partners and agencies
- In-charge of timely data collation and quarterly report submission, as well as generate reports, in accordance with the CREST programme.
- Store and maintain data and documents, in accordance with the CREST programme requirement, as well as the prevailing personal data protection and security guidelines.
- Coordinate the team training schedule, in consultation with the Care Manager / Assistant Care Manager.

**Other Duties**:

- Prepare the necessary resource material to be provided to clients and caregivers.
- Any other duties, as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- GCE 'N', 'O' levels or NITEC / SSTI Diploma in Social Service
- 1-2 years of experience in administration will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Google Workspace (i.e. Google mail, docs, slides, sheet etc)
- Meticulous and independent
- Good record keeping abilities and attention for details
- Good communication skills
- Possess compassion in serving the elderly clients
