**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions in areas such as Mobile Photography, Videography and Video Editing, TikTok Marketing, Content Creation, Digital Art with ProCreate, and Graphic Design with MidJourney.
- Develop and update course materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
- Assess learners' progress through assignments, projects, and evaluations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and integrate new tools and techniques into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure the alignment of course objectives with industry demands.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new students and build the academy's reputation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in media, marketing, or design, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CapCut, ProCreate, MidJourney, and various social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
