Key Responsibilities

A) To oversee the Production, Warehouse and Logistics departments

B) Responsible for coordination and control of production processes to maintain yield

C) Management of the production and maintenance teams to ensure manufacture of quality, safe and cost-effective products.

D) To ensure that the quality standards of the factory are always adhered to and all work conforms to statutory & safety requirements

E) Ensure high quality safety and security procedures at work, enforce safety regulations and promote safety culture.

F) Address areas of non-compliance as and when appropriate in a professional manner

G) Manage manpower planning and oversee teams of Technical Specialists

H) Operation and Maintenance of plant machinery to meet production schedules

I) Assist in warehouse and inventory activities.

J) Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and mínimal downtime

K) Other task/assignment given by Management.

**Requirements**:
a) Familiar with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act

b) Possess leadership, strong communication and good interpersonal skills

c) Familiar with factory automation and manufacturing technology

d) Familiar working with manufacturing data to drive productivity improvements

e) Working knowledge of MS Office is necessary

f) Bilingual in English and Mandarin oral or written to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
