RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Financial Administration - to assist the School Principal in financial administration of the school. This includes budgeting process, financial control in the expenditure of allocated funds.
Financial Control in Allocated Funds
- Assist School Principal in monitoring and control of the school budget and grants from MOE, NCSS, Tote Board and any other funding body.
- Assisting School Principal in answering audit queries.
2. Procurement - to assist in procurement of goods and services in the school.
3. Asset Management - to assist in accountability of the school’s asset
4. Safety - to assist the School Safety Officer, SSO (Vice-Principal) in coordinating the safety matters in the school
5. Estate Management - to work with the CPAS Facilities Executive in the management and general maintenance of the School facilities
6. Personnel Management - to be the Reporting Officer
7. General Administration - Put up proposals and liaises with managing agents and term contractors on matter pertaining to school maintenance work.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least 2 years of experience in finance, procurement, human resource, estate management or general administration.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisation and communication skills.
- A dynamic and motivated individual with a keen interest in continuous improvement and work excellence.
- A university degree in any discipline.
