
Senior / Executive (Human Resources)

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide support for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, payroll administration employee relations and learning & development.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment such as liaising with departments on staffing requirements, advertising vacancies on various job boards/platforms, scheduling of interviews, drafting of salary proposals, engage in salary negotiations, handling of paperwork prior to arranging job offers, and onboarding of new hires.
- Develop and review of HR policies, including but not limited to updating and maintaining the employee handbook and HR manual.
- Support HR Manager in administering yearly performance appraisal exercise, yearly salary reviews and market surveys to ensure alignment with sector guidelines.
- Work closely with HR Manager and Senior Management to roll out HR programmes related to Talent Management, Succession Planning, Organisation Development and transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, enhance employees’ career development, strengthen leadership competencies and organisational capabilities.
- Manage group insurance renewal/claims.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by HR Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor of Business / Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least **5 years’ relevant experience in full spectrum of HR functions **within a mid-sized organisation of at least 100 headcount, preferably within the social service sector.
- Have prior experience in rolling out talent management and succession planning initiatives.
- Experience in using TIMES software will be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, work pass regulations and employment standards and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent, resourceful & creativity to analyse issues and develop solutions.
- Well organized and a sense of urgency in completing tasks and meeting deadlines.
**Other Information**
- Location: Walking distance from Bukit Batok MRT
- Monday to Friday: 8:45am to 5.30pm
- Hybrid working arrangements.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $4,900.00 per month
