**Job Description**:
You must be a leader who can inspire a talented team of consultants, while supporting practice leadership by contributing to strategy and striving to implement their vision.

**As Senior Manager, you will be responsible for**:
**_ Sales & Delivery _**
- Drive leads, generate sales and grow the practice across all sectors ;
- Lead the development, marketing and deployment of proprietary intellectual property;
- Work in a Partnership environment and influence the direction of the business;
- Build effective relationships, manage people, and accomplish challenging goals;
- Succeed in developing business in Asia
- Cultivate a strong associate network - identifying and engaging appropriate deep technical domain expertise as needed to meet specific project requirements;
- Manage all stages of the consulting cycle: assessment, design and implementation.

**_ Leadership & Management-_**
- Supporting the practice lead in the management of the business unit including monthly forecasting & reporting, team management, strategy development.
- Supporting international relationships across Sia Partners to build new capabilities and secure new projects/clients.
- Supporting cross-BU working with other teams in Singapore
- Represent Sia Partners as a senior leader, driving reputation as a forward-thinking business through engagement with the market across events, speaking engagements, thought leadership generated.
- Perform any other duties as required

**Qualifications**:
**_
We are looking for:_**
- Expertise in Consumer, Retail and Luxury Sector
- A proven track record in having delivered major and complex transformations for clients
- Ideally 12+ years of relevant work experience, preferably at a top-tier management consulting firm, demonstrating progressive advancement and achievement
- Demonstrated experience in working in a growth environment and the ability to work across multiple geographies.
- Strong client relationship and people management skills.
- Prior consulting practice / BU management skills
