Description
Planning duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Review and enhance existing policies, procedures and framework for customer experience, which includes but not limiting to:
a. Rental Policies
b. Housing Agreements
c. Housing Rules
d. Standard Operating Procedures
2. Long term strategic planning for innovation and technology enhancements
3. Customer experience gap analysis and training programmes
4. Analyze and review of customer satisfaction surveys
5. Facilitation of group and portfolio strategic planning workshops, work-plan developments and performance management, for strategic alignment purposes
6. Ensure effective communications to all levels to ensure clear management direction and alignment to approved strategies.
7. Maintain good strategic documentation of approved plans and processes for smooth annual audit checks
8. Review of staff development programs and manpower planning / deployment in relation to customer experience
9. Develop and justify key projects for approval and hence, enabling Housing Services to move towards customer excellence framework on a continuous basis
10. Any duties as required by DirectorQualifications

**Qualifications**:
1. A good degree with at least 7 to 10 years of relevant experience

2. Experience in Higher Education Housing and Planning of Hospitality or Facilities Operations

3. Strong analytical skills and demonstrated capabilities in successful implementation of cross-functional initiatives

4. Team player with excellent written and oral communication as well as strong people skills.

5. Strong leadership skills and mature professionalism

6. Good analytical, interpersonal, and communications skills including cost benefit analysis skills

8. Good organizational/planning and administrative skills

9. Passionate in working with a diverse population comprising staff, students, customers and stakeholdersMore Information
