**Purpose of the Role**:
Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for front-facing patient management and provision of administration support to the department to ensure the smooth operation of programmes and services offered to cancer patients and survivors.
This is a patient-centric role which requires focus on front facing client management (i.e. patient liaison, attendance tracking, fee collection and related patient matters).
**Responsibilities**:
**Client management**:
- Arrange for clients’ assessments, appointments for therapy and where required transport
- Safekeep and bank in of daily collection of monies
- Manage client or caregiver feedback on non clinical matters and satisfaction surveys
**Report management**:
- Prepare monthly submission for MOH subvention and Medisave claims
- Prepare monthly statistics on rehab operations
- Prepare statistics/data for submission to MOH / AIC for subvention
**Vendor management**:
- Raise Purchase Request, issue Purchase Order, follow up on delivery & conduct settlement of payments made to vendors
**General administration**:
- Manage purchases and liaise with vendors
- Verify invoices for payment of purchases and services
- Manage medical supply stocks and vendors
- Liaise with equipment vendors for maintenance support
- Prepare monthly claims for locums, staff claims
- Create and update admin-related Standard Operating Procedures (where applicable)
- Manage donations and volunteers
**Criteria**:
- 4-5 years experience in a similar healthcare related function
- Experience in front office services
- Well organised and meticulous
- Familiar with Microsoft tools
- Contribute to preparation of monthly statistical reports of client data and tracking of targets achieved.
- Able to perform accurate billings and collection
- Good in customer management, especially with difficult beneficiaries
