- 請求処理税申告の準備
- オフィス調達人事管理
- 基本的なITサポート(日本ヘルプデスクとのやり取り)
- 法律事務所との調整、サポート
- 請求、検索、請求、期限の維持、一般的な問い合わせの対応などの管理サポートを提供
- 弁護士の事業開発活動をサポート
- 弁護士の作業負荷を軽減するために、書類のドラフトを翻訳/校正
- 外部および内部の会議の手配と管理
- 弁護士が日本事務所と連絡を取るのを支援する
- その他割り当てられた臨時の職務
- Payment arrangement
- Accounting data processing
- Billing processing Tax filing preparation
- Office procurements Human Resource management
- Basic IT support
- Assist coordination with local law firms
- Providing administrative supports including claims, searches, billing, keeping deadlines and attending to general queries
- Assist Lawyers’ business development activities
- Translate/proofread the first draft of documents to ease Lawyers’ workload
- Arranging and managing external and internal meetings
- Assist Lawyers in liaising with the Japan office
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
応募資格
[必須条件]
- 法的文書の草案の翻訳を伴う管理/秘書での最低3年の実務経験をお持ちの方
- 法的文書の処理、ローカル会計事務所や政府機関とのやり取りを問題なく行うための英語(ビジネスレベル)をお持ちの方
- Microsoft Office(Word / Excel / PowerPoint)使用可能な方
- 責任感があり、細心の注意を払い、率先して行動し、独立して働くことができる
[優遇条件]
- 法律事務所での実務経験をお持ちの方
- 会計用語の知識がある方
[MUST]
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Administrative/Secretarial with Translation of drafts of legal documents
- Good command of both Japanese (JLPT N1 and above) and English (Business level) to handle legal documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
- Responsible, meticulous, possess initiative, and able to work without supervision

- Has working experience in the Law Firm
- Has knowledge of Accounting terms
- Minimum 3 years of experience in liaising with Japan office/HQ
