
Sales Back Office Intern

Local Unit & Position Description:
- Support and prepare presentation, documents to assist sales team maintain register of current commercial contracts
- Identifying sales opportunities from DATA
- Support sales team & communications team with arranging and following up of marketing activities such as conferences, meetings, seminars as well as mass communication initiatives towards customers
- Coordinate and support maintainence of customer addresses and contact data in the CRM to enable professional after sales service and reliable sales performace management (eg Sales pipeline)
Position Qualifications:
- Excellent team-player, open to collaborate and share with the ability to also getting things done independently
- Strong communicator with a can-do attitude, organizational sensitivity and ability to advice and convince key stakeholders in a professional manner
- Detail-oriented and not afraid of administrative tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- University degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, Business or similar
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Global mindset with a profound background and experiences in Asia
