We are looking for an experienced and proactive **Senior Marketing Executive**to support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will take on a key role in driving offline marketing initiatives, event coordination, and campaign support. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in marketing who is ready to take on more responsibility and contribute at a higher level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and support integrated marketing and communication plans for offline advertising, Public Relations, events, and branding, aiming to generate leads, increase engagement, and meet enrolment targets.
- Assist in media planning, booking, and execution across all channels and platforms.
- Support the development and production of marketing collaterals, primarily focusing on physical assets. This includes liaising with designers and printers to ensure timely and quality output.
- Assist in the coordination of events, including logístical arrangements, setup, tear-down, and liaising with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate with creative agencies to ensure quality work is produced in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
- Conduct basic research on industry data, trends, and competitor activities to support marketing decisions.
- Track and facilitate departmental budgeting, invoicing, and other finance-related requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned, ensuring flexibility in meeting changing needs within the department.
- Support the Marketing team in executing and optimizing marketing and communication plans, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to meet deliverables.
