**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the full suite of M&E Quantity Surveyor duties, from tender to pre-contract, post contract administration duties
- Handle the tendering process such as measurement, sourcing and selecting of subcon quotation, preparaing bills of quantities, technical data, unit rate, particularly for M&E disciplines
- Carry out the necessary preparation and arrangement for tender submission
- Preparation of progress claims, variation orders, verifying subcontractor / suppliers claims
- Liaise with Consultants, Architects and relevant authorities in all construction related matters
- Review, co-ordinate and generate subcontractor’s M&E shop drawings as and when necessary
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Demonstrate proficiency and competency in a project QS function and can work independently.
- Able to work as a team player
- Must be results driven
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
