- Contract Administration_
- Prepare and analyze tender documents and contracts.
- Negotiate contracts with contractors and subcontractors.
- Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Procurement_
- Develop procurement strategies and manage the procurement process.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for goods and services.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery schedules.
- Risk Management_
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Prepare risk assessments and manage project risk registers.
- Project Coordination_
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
- Experience minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost management, or a similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Office-based with regular site visits.
