Singapore NICKELODEON ASIA HOLDINGS PTE LTD Full time

Reporting to the Director, Licensing & Business development - SEA, Korea & India, this role will be responsible for contributing to the success of the overall licensing business across SEA & India for all Paramount franchises.

The role will be to manage master licensee agent and global partnership activity locally while also sourcing and executing local licensing & promotional deals. The role will also partner with key Partners and support our agent and in-market teams with advice, best practice, and experience to drive incremental revenue through Key Account Management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop and implement the International Consumer Products strategy across SEA & India
- Ensure that yearly financial sales targets are achieved across all properties
- Identify gaps in agencies’ and licensees' portfolios and facilitate cross-fertilization of licensees when relevant appropriate and the sharing of best practice
- Proactively identifying whitespace categories, approaching related licensees and partners, securing new deals and partnerships
- Identify, negotiate, and execute new licensing partnerships including non-traditional clip licensing opportunities via media agencies and client direct
- Cultivating and maximizing existing partnerships to elevate and optimize category penetration and market distribution
- Provide support information and relevant materials to licensees including property overview presentations, category success stories, ratings, press stories, and to keep Paramount properties top of mind with licensees
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure maximum franchise support and that all licensees make their best efforts to tie into any tent pole themes and promotional events when applicable
- Track and compile competitive activity, including macro-industry and licensing-specific trends
- Lead annual business reviews from partners and quarterly revenue estimates by collecting budget and sales information from licensees, analyzing numbers, and developing a response plan

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Marketing or related field of study with 6 years of working experience, preferably in consumer products licensing or recreation environment
- Highly organized, collaborative self-starter with the ability to set priorities, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Be creative & entrepreneurial with approaching business partnerships, explore opportunities with new partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Ability to think strategically with a flair for negotiation
- Excellent social skills which will enable you to interact with a wide range of personalities and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
