**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and execute the site's Mechanical Integrity (MI) Program.
- Develop and maintain an inventory of equipment covered under the MI Program.
- Conduct risk assessments to prioritize equipment.
- Collect and upload historical asset documentation and inspection data into MAXIMO.
- Create, review, and update Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) within MAXIMO based on inspection outcomes.
- Plan and schedule inspection and testing tasks in accordance with established procedures and minimum requirements.
- Manage and verify inspection data, including Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) results.
- Adjust program activities and corrective measures using data from ITPs.
- Evaluate deficiencies, ensure fitness-for-service assessments, and create corrective action plans.
- Record anomalies and manage repair or maintenance schedules in MAXIMO.
- Ensure repairs meet required standards and document maintenance completion.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.

**Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years in Mechanical Integrity or Inspection roles within industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, chemicals, or oil & gas.
- Familiarity with mechanical integrity regulations and industry standards.

**Skills**
- Expertise in inspection techniques, NDE methods, and Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) strategies.
- Proficient in maintenance and asset management software, such as MAXIMO.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach.
- Adaptability to new technologies and processes.
- Certifications in API 510/570/580/653 are advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach.
- GMP experience is a plus.
