What will I be doing?
Our mission is to build a world where people can safely discover, create and connect. The Evaluation and Investigation team is responsible for evaluating and assessing the quality of AI models under TikTok and other international products, to ensure product security and create a good atmosphere for content creation and community interaction. You will have the opportunity to join the fast-growing space of AI and contribute to the development of cutting-edge products.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist (Model Evaluation), you will inspect the quality of evaluated data on AI models based on policies which you have defined. You will be responsible for the identification, enactment, communication and subsequent training for key policies and driving alignment across relevant cross-functional stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Have a deep understanding and knowledge of English Markets, including local cultural norms and specific discourse on content safety considerations.
- Able to identify potential safety risks through daily work and provide prompt and professional input from the user safety perspective for further optimization.
- Responsible for quality assurance of regular assessments based on business requirements in accordance with evaluation standards and policy guidelines.
- Work closely with the delivery team and responsible for task management, training, clarification, RCA and appeal processes to ensure delivery quality and efficiency and keep improving overall performance to achieve the project target.
- Work closely with product ops and other key stakeholders to provide feedback on data quality/SOP/guidelines and ensure the overall success of projects.
- Able to work on projects outside core responsibilities that could require different requirements, such as using assessment methods and having flexibility to support related projects.
- Willing to work on sensitive issues including but not limited to child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult & sexual content etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
What should I bring with me?
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Min 3 years of experience in content safety
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken), along with strong regional/international stakeholders experience
- Good understanding of quality assurance and data delivery process.
- Strong knowledge about AI or related models, familiar with social media platforms.
- In-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users
- Possess quick-learning skills with the ability to understand existing and new business logic, metrics, and processes quickly
- Demonstrates critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience in data analysis is preferred
