**What the role is**
- Estate Manager (Valuation & Property)

**What you will be working on**
- You will be carrying out valuation of HDB flats, HDB commercial and ancillary properties for sale, lease and tenancy administration, and various other purposes. You will be involved in the management and analysis of data in relation to valuations for research purposes and to support the operations of other departments in HDB.
You will also be involved in the purchase of State Land for public housing developments and related processes. Your work will require you to liaise with external public agencies such as the Singapore Land Authority, Urban Redevelopment Authority, and the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, as well as other non-government organisations such as valuation consultants and real estate professional bodies.
During your employment, you may also be rotated to take on the role of a customer relations manager, to deliver quality services to applicants and residents of HDB flats. During then, you will be involved in the administration and processing of the sale or resale transactions of HDB flats; or conduct credit assessment, financial counselling, and assessment of re-housing benefits. Your duties will include the day-to-day interaction with applicants/residents, solicitors and relevant agencies.

**What we are looking for**
- You should have background and professional qualifications in Real Estate or related fields, and education and training in valuation methods and principles. Valuation experience in the private sector would be an advantage. You should possess initiative, an analytical and creative mind, and excellent interpersonal skills. You should also be a good team player who is able to build a rapport with people at all levels, possess a customer-service mindset, and work well independently. Excellent communication and writing skills, competence in using Microsoft Office and experience in data analytics will be an added advantage.
