Job Title: Estate Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Estate Manager to lead our daily estate management operations. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing routine building maintenance, conservancy, cyclical works, improvement projects, and horticultural services. They will oversee the use and upkeep of common areas and facilities, monitor and manage collection of maintenance fees, and handle arrears cases.

The Estate Manager will work closely with external contractors to ensure timely and quality execution of estate works. They will also build strong working relationships with government agencies and relevant stakeholders, and inspect and assess contractors' work to ensure compliance with contractual standards and specifications.

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate must be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily estate operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of common areas and facilities
  • Oversee the use and maintenance of equipment and systems
  • Monitor and manage collection of maintenance fees
  • Handle arrears cases and resolve disputes
  • Work closely with external contractors to ensure timely and quality execution of estate works
  • Build strong working relationships with government agencies and relevant stakeholders
  • Inspect and assess contractors' work to ensure compliance with contractual standards and specifications
