SUMMARY OF ROLE
The Sr. Director of Infrastructure & Cloud Services will be responsible to deliver secure and reliable IT technology services to the business using a diverse set of IT assets including but not limited to cloud services, computers, networks, data centers, phones, and the internet, and other technology devices and equipment. While various teams in IT will need to interact with IT product vendors during the life cycle of using the products, this role will provide the overall management of the relationship through product research, selection, and contract negotiation process. As part of delivering the above services, this role is also responsible to set standards and refreshing technologies through projects.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Lead and direct the work of others to assure 24/7/365 IT services to the business community with services sourced from a wide range of providers of network, computing, storage, and private and public cloud services
Provide direction and coaching for the establishment and monitoring of complex services/business requests (SLA implementation).
Develop and maintain a technology infrastructure road map for cloud services, computers, networks, data centers,s, and all end-user devices to ensure all infrastructure assets are fit for use, modern, and supported by technology providers.
Manage and track all IT assets from acquisition to retirement.
Ensure an efficient partnership with subsidiaries' IT team regarding strategies for accomplishing global infrastructure projects (worldwide level).
Partner closely with the CISO and provide input and set the direction for periodic risk assessments (audits) that identify current and future security vulnerabilities, acceptable risk, and the best methodology for reducing risks.
Provide overall management of the IT product vendor’s relationship from research to product retirement

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, MIS, Computer Science or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 20 years of IT experience required, focused on the operational support of IT assets in a regional and/or global environment.
Have extensive knowledge in cloud providers and a wide range of hardware and software solutions
Have a good understanding of functionality within key areas of a business such as IT, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, marketing, and customer service.
Possess solid knowledge of project management, IT methodology and network security, and data encryption
Demonstrate leadership skills that include creating and communicating effective strategies for supporting the business, developing future leadership talent for the IT organization, making tough decisions as needed around IT process or people management, as well as budget creation and expenditures.
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
Possess a solid understanding of product development life cycle and infrastructure support needs of a globally distributed system's organization
Have the ability to coach others in negotiating effectively with external or internal parties
