**Missions and Responsibilities**

Key day-to-day accountabilities include but not limited to:

- Animate Safety compliance to AL Industrial Management System, Initiatives and Strategy
- Lead Standardization of processes
- Drive Digitization of processes
- Providing support, training and qualification to improve competencies
- Standardise truck design & Sizing
- Standardise Distribution Cost Allocation Tool
- Optimisation of the cost/Equivalent Cylinder delivered
- As business process owner for logistics to support convergence processes.

**Competencies and Profile**
- Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Distribution or any other relevant equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 5 years of and Packaged Gases experience including management experience in operations, asset management and scheduling/fleet management
- Experience in safety management and subcontractor management
- Possesses Project management skills, customer relationship, communication skills, innovative and creative skills.
- Positive attitude, passionate and self-motivated.
- This role will be remunerated based on the domestic package.
