Our client is an well established asset manager, looking for a "Data Governance, VP" in Singapore. In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Compliance who is also based in Singapore, and will be in charge of all data privacy, data protection, and data quality related activities.

Meanwhile, you will work closely with other stakeholders in investment and operations team and advise them on the applicable obligations for existing data processing activity. Solid knowledge in PDPA, GDPA, Cybersecurity Law, and Data Security Law would be a strong plus.

To qualify for the role:

- Min 10 years of relevant experience in data governance/privacy compliance, ideally within the financial services industry. Team management experience is preferred.
- Team player who can also work independently.
