We are a leading eLearning service provider looking for for a detail-oriented individual with good interpersonal skills to:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Answer phone calls, schedules meetings and support visitors
- Data entry, sorting and filing of documents
- Maintain and order office supplies and inventories
- Handle petty cash and claims
- Update HR system and attend to HR-related inquiries from staff
- Support on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Ad-hoc tasks as per assigned
**Key Requirements**:
- Can work independently
- Good interpersonal skills
- Minimum 3 years HR/Admin experience
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Meticulous with attention to detail
