**Your Challenges / Your Environment**:

- Understand customer pain points in their current environment and advise them about MPDV’s Smart Factory Solutions, to improve and enhance their production operations
- Lead implementation activities and resolve conflicts and technical issues
- Motivate customer’s team for the proposed solution. Make sure that the users understand and appreciate it, under consideration of all given constraints
- Conduct formal trainings to customer’s team on proposed solution using MPDV’s Smart Factory Solutions
- Support pre-sales workshop activities
- Perform support helpdesk activities
- Work in a hybrid model, in-office and work-from-home (WFH)

**Your Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or higher tertiary certificates in Manufacturing / SCM / Logistics, Industrial Automation, IT
- 2 years working experience in related field of MES / Manufacturing IT / Industrial Automation / Production Management / Consulting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English language
