**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Department: Machine Engineering & Facility

Report to: Facility Executive

Functional Relationships with:
EHS Members, Machine Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Production

**POSITION PROFILE**:
Be in charge of a 24 hours shift operation and maintenance team to run and troubleshoot issues relating to facilities, production & EHS

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for day to day operating equipment condition of Facility Equipment
- To carry out all facility maintenance works and submit reports based on facility maintenance database guidelines
- Pumps & Steam Boiler system by planning and executing each facility's management and its operational activities.
- To liaise and coordinate with main contractors for repair and plan maintenance job to ensure all requested job has been done completely
- To feedback and share recommendation to Facility Senior Engineer or Manager on the improvement of operation and maintenance point of view.
- To inspect, monitor, and supervise all preventive maintenance work and ah-hoc work during his shift
- To revise facility maintenance standards and share them with all members for knowledge enhancement and documentation
- To follow up and make a plan/action for EHS related activities if necessary
- To ensure all works are carried out safely based on the company policy and Government regulation
- Any other tasks, when required by the Facility department/organization

**Ability / Competency Required**
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Facility management
- Able to work 12 hours rotating shifts (morning & night)
- 1 or 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Able to work well as a team player while being independent and pro-active
- Team player and able to communicate, interact well with all concerned parties
- Positive attitude in a challenging work environment and pro-active
- Strong analytical, machine maintenance skills
