You will report to the director.

You will be managing all aspects of sales and operations work, from organizing backend systems to managing inventory. We value that our teammates are responsible, independent and have a mature working attitude.

You are detail-oriented, organized and meticulous with all operational details. Quick to learn with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels. Possesses excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. A good team-player and able to work under stress.

Processing of all work on a daily basis, monitor incoming items, ensure that all projects is on track.

Work closely with our company Director and team.

Attend to customers’ enquiries by providing timely service and administrative support ensuring the customer experience is not compromised

Manage all types of customer enquiries and reactive communications (complaints, service delivery enquiries, FAQs) that come through various channels such as WhatsApp.

Upselling or cross-selling products and services and approaching customers
