[What the role is]

PRINCIPAL / SENIOR EXECUTIVE, POINT-TO-POINT TRANSPORT

[What you will be working on]

You will provide secretarial and administrative support to management staff, which include handling confidential matters relating to staffing, finance and other areas. Besides scheduling and managing the appointments, your duties include drafting of basic business correspondences, assisting in the preparation of presentation materials and performing other tasks as assigned, such as supporting divisional administration matters. In addition, you are required to maintain confidentiality of the sensitive information that you will have access to in the discharge of your duties.

[What we are looking for]
- Diploma (preferably in a field related to Business or Administration); Higher NITEC (preferably in a field related to Business or Administration); GCE ‘A’ level or GCE ‘O’ level
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Able to work well with internal and external stakeholders
- Team player with a keen interest to learn
- Pleasant personality with a good command of spoken and written English
