**JOB PURPOSE**

The Sr. Planner is accountable for supply and demand planning and coordination for a product range for Asia region excluding China. He/She plans for replenishments to Asia supply points from all regions and does demand planning (both unconstrained and constrained), managing availability within good inventory levels. Based on network capability, he/she needs to plan for shipping lines to use. He/she also has to optimise material dwell days to minimise costs. He/She will prepare for and host regional S&OP meetings and present the region in Global S&OP meetings. During situations that deviate from plan, he/she needs to react in agile manner to review possible scenarios, evaluate and propose best way forward. He/she is expected to do tactical planning and collaborate cross functions on target settings and improvement projects, including digitalisation.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Demand Planning - Unconstrained/constrained based on sales forecast, history, annual business plan, market updates and demand maneuvering within cycle. Further adjustment based on supply situation
- Sensible replenishment planning to various supply points based on demand planning, warehouse inventory levels and incoming.
- Inventory Management: Inventory and aging, to partner up with sources to minimise supply delays and to manage communications with regional stakeholders
- Regional S&OP preparation and hosting and Global S&OP representative
- Annual KPI target setting and improvement actions
- Reporting, analysis and effective actions to improve/tackle situations
- Focus on digitalisation to automate manual repeatable process and reduce time spent on running reports
- Lead and engage projects leveraging his/her expertise and experience for value creation in end-to-end supply chain
- Problem solving

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning fields
