Job Description & RequirementsResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Direct and review the analysis and interpretation of statistical and accounting information for use in management decision making
- Business partnering with the business emphasizing on operational leadership and driving profitability (monitoring and approval of margins and cost outs)
- Ensure integrity of the general ledger and the accurate generation of the Profit and Loss account and Balance Sheet.
- Sound knowledge of revenue recognition policies and work together with Sales Support, Supply Chain and Project Management Engineers in ensuring timely and correct revenue recognition based on contract terms.
- Supervise and direct the company’s cost accounting activities and develop costing models and identify methods to improve calculation and control of costs
- Investigate and provide data and analysis on cost drivers for the business and ensure costs are allocated to the respective business units / product lines
- Prepare quarterly actual, rolling forecast, annual Profit Plan and conduct variance analysis for Management decision making processes
- Perform quarterly/annual financial analysis of business units
- Perform budget and forecast for the E&M Division
- Oversee overall credit and collection ensuring compliance to credit policies and procedures
- Support the company’s compliance with Financial Policies & Procedures and requirements
- Continually review, improve financial controls and processes throughout the business
- Ensure compliance and timely lodgment of GST returns, Withholding tax submissionsSkills and Experience:

- Master's / Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance, CPA / CA Preferred
- Around 5 to 10 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
- Proven experience as Finance Controller or equivalent position
- Good analytical skills and business acumen
- Attention to detail, high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and ERP System
