Singapore Bright Hill Evergreen Home Full time

Assist in the Home's daily operations matters
- To handle fire safety matters and to ensure that the Home abide to all fire safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors on servicing and repair work
- Assist in procurement related matters
- Coordinate works with appointed vendors, suppliers and subcontractor in relation to facilities management
- Adheres to all safety and security guidelines regarding equipment safety and chemical handling procedures
- To supervise and guide the junior staff within the department
- Assist in planning of duty roster in time management system (TMS)
- To tabulate monthly overtime for operations staff in TMS
- Assist to manage outsource cleaners
- To assist and coordinate Home's events
- Any other tasks assigned by Operations Manager from time to time

**Job Specification**
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Highly driven, independent, organized and people-orientated team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work as team player and multitask as necessary
- Operations experience in Homecare sector would be an advantage
- Working location - Punggol Field
